VP/Head - Supply Chain Management - Pharmaceutical (14-25 yrs)
We have been retained by a fast growing Pharmaceutical company to select a person as Head - Supply Chain Management having complete responsibility for Purchase, Planning and Distribution.
The position is based at Mumbai.
The overall job responsibilities will include:
Planning and Coordination:
Planning and coordinating for supplies across locations.
New Product Launch coordination for timely deliveries
Commercial, Budgetary and Financials:
Budgeting and compliance to RM/PM Budgets
Alternate RM source developments for De-risking and Cost effectiveness.
Strategic Sourcing Initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity utilization and process efficiency.
- To Lead the Planning and Logistics functions
- Building Long Term Business association with Suppliers.
Education : B.Pharma / M.Pharma preferably with an MBA
Experience : Between 15- 25 years in Supply chain / Procurement in Pharma/ FMCG Environment.
Knowledge and skills : Planning, Organizing, Commercials
Key competencies : Leadership Skills, Communication Skills
