Position : Assistant Manager

Educational Qualification(Required) : B.Sc./ M.Sc./ Diploma in Industrial safety

Experience(Required) : 8-10 Years

Role Purpose :

- Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines and procedures as set up by the company.

- Provide advice, assists, audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is maintained and working.

Job Authority :

- This position will provide full time Environment, health and safety support to the operations and will ensure that all practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Technical Skills & Knowledge Required :

1. Should have knowledge of MS Office and Windows Operating System

2. Managerial, Leadership, administration, presentation, training.

3. Leadership, Administration. Health and safety aspects

Key Responsibilities :

1. He should have through knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing knowledge of soap.

2. Basic knowledge of oil and fats along with basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, erection and commissioning activities

3. Must be aware with latest development in the field of safety and process.

4. Complete liasoning with state Pollution Control Board and other Legal authorities for 100% compliance for all statutory related to EHS.

5. Liasoning for Fire NOC and Petroleum rules recommendation.

6. Implementation of 3 R Principal - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle as per Environmental Policy. Carbon footprint assessment. Conduct safety Audits. HAZOP study.

7. Review accidents and incidents which occur in the area of responsibility and conduct field audits,reporting and managing the corrective measurements

8. Manage Team base Risk Assessments and the process and regularly conduct training needs analysis

9. Lead the Emergency Response Team and comply with all Company policies and procedures.

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
