Warehouse Executive- CLS

Job Purpose:

The role is responsible for

Maintaining the Warehouse and managing all Warehouse activities including the receiving, warehousing and delivery of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost

Operational:

- To supervise and coordinate the receipt, Unloading and storage of inbound stock.

- To evaluate condition of stock and ensure quality check is undertaken.

- To maintain and verify accuracy of inbound/outbound documentation.

- To oversee loading, dispatch and delivery of stock from warehouse to the dealers/Distributors on time and in full.

- Order Login & invoice generation in MIS.

- To introduce and nurturetransport service provider who specialise in the given product, so as to ensure service at least cost.

- Checking and processing of transporter bills as per the company policy.

- Ensure transporter/ service providers OTD performance.

- To supervise and coordinate the reverse logistics pick up from dealers/distributors and identification/ disposalof damagedgoods post receipt at Warehouse.

- Monitor overall category inventory, ensure inventory accuracy as per company benchmark and liquidation of Non/Slow moving inventory

- Preparation of Warehousing and Transportation MIS reports.

Educational qualification:

PG/B.E. or Graduate with PG diploma and higher experience

Experience:

1-4 years in warehousing, Transportation, supply chain management function.
