Key Result Areas

- Route optimization & delivery of goods through WH asstt / Tech

- Pickup of repossess system by vehicle carried dumping materials in field

- Handling of all re-process systems & keeps them properly.

- MSL in warehouse (FG & Spares)& monthly reconciliations

- Ensure record maintain in inwards & outwards register.

- Ensure 24 hrs security services at WH.

- Timely & cost effectively delivery of goods at customer's end.

- reconcile technician / CRA spares issuance vs receipt.

- Ensure timely submission of MIS as per HO requirements.

- Audit support & maintenance of basic hygiene in WH

- Develop efficient second line for WH operations.

Educational qualifications, Experience

Compensation Structure-2.31 Lacs Fixed+ 6k mobile bill

Age range

Graduation -Bachelors- Degree in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineer; Masters- preferred

PG NA

Min Experience

Relevant Experience-

- Experience working with & knowledge about batteries, solar systems, and Solar + A/C systems.

- 5-7 years of experience in Warehouse management, Inventory Control, and power systems, energy, renewable energy, or related field

Skills required

- Proficient in Local language& English

- Preferred but not required: previous experience in rural operations with rural customers
