Warehouse Manager - Inbound/Outbound (5-15 yrs)
Essential Qualifications : Should be a graduate
Essential Skills :
1. Should have good communication skills
2. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Should have sound knowledge of creating reports using Microsoft Excel
4. Experience of handling e-commerce vertical is a huge plus
Job Responsibilities :
1. Managing warehouse operations : Inbound/Outbound
2. Ensure timely cycle check
3. Order Management process : proper planning of order processing and dispatch
4. Vendor Management : To ensure that transportation is in order
5. Ensuring that warehouse agreements are processed timely by the Finance team
6. Ensuring that team's performance is measured on the right set of KPIs
7. Managing the P&L for warehouse
8. Ensuring cost-cutting wherever applicable
9. Training of the warehouse co-workers as per the requirement
10. Liaise with customers as and when required
11. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
12. Maintaining HSE protocols in the warehouse
A thing to note : We are looking for a warehouse manager who is willing to put in the hard yards like being one of the first persons to enter the warehouse, ensuring he is one step ahead always to have a smooth sailing.
