Location - Kolkata

Position : Manager Warehouse

Reports to : CEO

CTC : 8Lacs - 10Lacs (APPROX ) ; depending upon last drawn CTC, total experience

Job purpose :

Warehouse managers are responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods

Role and Responsibilities :

- Production planning at the warehouse

- Monitoring space and tracking stock levels, stock movement at the warehouse and maintaining accurate stock keeping

- Planning storage areas for new stock

- Monitoring Blending activity & efficiency at the warehouse

- Analysis of blend gain and loss for each blend

- Determination of cost details and respective heads for each blend

- Monitoring efficient receipt and storage of incoming items

- Monitoring equipment maintenance

- Training, supervising and appraising staff

- Liasioning with local vendors for supply of resources for production

- Optimizing labor and machine utilization

- Preparing MIS reports and maintaining statistical and financial records

- Perpetual inventory of own and third party warehouses

- Time keeping of manpower wise and activity wise

- Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products

- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

Qualifications : Graduate in any disciple with Diploma in Material Management

Experience : 5-8 years
