Warehouse Operations (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
Over all responsible for Jamalpur warehouse logistics operations
- Project rollout preparation SOP as per operation requirement
- Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff Performance and progress
- Brief team leaders on a daily basis
- visit customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Utilizations of assets, manpower warehouse space
- Project implementation with Project manager
- Ensure proper layout of warehouse
- Ensure that safety and health requirements are met in the warehouse.
- Planning for all customers- movements day to day operations Inward & Outward Management.
- Ensure daily PI / Cycle count Inventory Management.
- Identified problems and recommended solutions
- Documentation for all the warehousing and Transportation.
- Coordination with Customers / Transporters for smooth operation.
- Planning for manpower rotations volume wise priority wise
- Mentoring MIS Preparation Internal & external
- POD management & control
- Regular audits process, 5s & Kaizen
- To support admin team for daily attendance & admin related things
- Responsible for the development of staffs by providing trainings
- maintenance of housekeeping in the warehouse is the responsibility of the warehouse executive
- Responsible for providing cost cutting ideas in the warehouse.
- Clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
- Negotiation with the carrier agencies to improve profitability.
- Any other work assigned by the management
Skill Set : Good Communication, Aggressive, Good Presentation,Good Computer Knowledge IT/skills, MS office, Good command over Excel and Power point presentation.
Required Qualification/Education : Graduate/Post Graduate
