Warehouse Operations Executive - Distribution Management (2-6 yrs)
KEY RESULT AREAS MEASUREMENT CRITERIA :
1. Shiftwise batching, grading and lotting into crates, and making sure dispatch goes before the specified time
- Actual Time vs Dispatch Cutoff for facility
- Batching Completion Times
2. Controlling batching error and dispatch - Batching Errors
3. Ensuring inventory accuracy
- Handling Losses/ Handovers
4. Business acumen and key skills
- Knowledge of warehousing processes and inventory management
- Skill to manage labourers and make sure work is completed on time and as per expected standards.
- Adherence to SOPs
- Team handling skills
- Attrition %
