Position: Weld Shop Line Engineer

Job Description:

- Solving all mechanical and Electrical Breakdowns in Spot Welding gun

- Solving all mechanical and Electrical Breakdowns in WDO & PCO Burners

- Servicing and maintaining chain conveyor system for powder coating Line

- Servicing & repairing all type of water pump & Motors in paint shop

- Trouble shooting & PM work for Seam Welding Machine (Nash & Mechlonic) Trouble Shooting & PM work for MIG welding Machine (L&T,ESAB,PROTECH,PANASONIC)

- Trouble shooting & Conveyors & Press the PLC logics circuits

- Doing process error proofing & Safety related interlock made by hardware wiring with connected PLC circuit

- Servicing & repairing the all type of pneumatic & hydraulic cylinders

- Trouble Shooting the direction control valve in electrical & Mechanical circuits

- Handling the Utility Maintenance DG 1010KVA & Compressor

- Trouble Shooting electrical problem the over head cranes & Hoist

- Repairing the Control PCB in Spot Welding Gun, MIG Welding Machine, SMPS, Hoist & Marking Machine

- Repairing & Servicing all type of pneumatic tools such as CP & IR

- Doing mechanical & electrical Projects for improvements

- Knowledge in PLC& Solving all hardware problems

Desire Profile:

- Candidate must be have Diploma/ BE

- Experience 3-6 yrs

- Salary 3-3.50 lpa

- Location Halol
