Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated - Site Engineer cum Supervisor- with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities.

- The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines while coordinating with all stakeholders.

- Key Responsibilities- :

1. - Site Supervision- :

- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor labor and subcontractor performance, ensuring productivity and quality standards.

2. - Project Coordination- :

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors for smooth workflow.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.

3. - Quality Assurance- :

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Identify and rectify potential defects or issues in construction.

4. - Documentation- :

- Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily reports, and material consumption.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

5. - Budget and Timeline Management :

- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.

- Plan and implement schedules to meet project deadlines.

6. - Safety Compliance- :

- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks to ensure a safe work environment.

- Report and address safety hazards promptly.

-Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor- s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in site engineering and supervision, preferably in real estate projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
