Wheels India - Methods/Industrial Engineer (3-7 yrs)
- Ensure the Series production meets customer requirements.
- Responsible to design the Process to meet safety, Quality & Environmental standards.
- To improve existing process cycle time, quality of product.
- Responsible for reducing variable cost such as consumable, scrap, Tools & operational cost.
- Accountable for Plant layouts to meet the production needs.
- Ensure plant readiness to launch new product or new program.
- Project leader for New product development & to coordinate CFT for Process improvement.
- Responsible to regularize the New products as per APQP standards.
- Lead team to improve production process by introducing new fixtures, machines & automation for fabrication & assembly lines.
- Supporting & Documenting Engineering change management.
- Responsible for taking corrective & preventive action on process & product ensure quality.
- Responsible to implement IATF 16946 standards & preparing all necessary documents for all process.
- Monitoring plant performance & capacity utilization for continual improvement.
- Responsible for Tool & fixture maintenance & ensuring process consistency.
- Maintaining Master List of Tools & fixtures and its modification records.
- Strong hands on Data collection & data analysis to detect Gap analysis in the process & identifying improvement project to bridge Gap between Standards & Actual.
