- Perform Injection Molding Simulation( pre-process in Hypermesh,Analysis and Post Process in Autodesk Moldflow).
- Generate effective report to drive the Plastic part design and development process.
- Knowledge of Filling and Packing analysis for finalizing process parameter
- Knowledge of Flow, Cool and Warp analysis
Additional Requirement:
- Knowledge of Injection molding process and its part design concepts,Tooling
- Knowledge,mold design concepts,Polymer materials rheology and thermodynamics
