Whirlpool - Senior Executive - Inventory Planning (2-5 yrs)
Inventory planning :
- Forecast, schedule and revise schedules for future orders
- Do raw material planning at supplier end and send monthly plans
- Do perpetual inventory management and monitor raw material supply through interactions with procurement and leadership
- Plan part-wise schedule through consultation with peers on daily basis
- Plan for safeguards trough one on one discussions with suppliers to understand the bottlenecks
- Supervise and monitor plan execution at supplier end and manage supplier reconciliation
- Implement inventory control with respect to changing plan
ECN and ECR :
- Manage changes in process for new parts implementation and monitor material obsolescence after ECN (Engineering Change Notification) and ECR (Engineering Change Request)
- Align the line processes with respect to the change
- Recommend to higher management for inputs on technical issues
Invoice management :
- Track error list on daily basis and provide the correct parts list
Technical :
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of company products and processes
- Influencing skills
- Expertise in MS excel
- Planning and organizing
- Communication skills
