Whirlpool - Senior Executive - Maintenance (2-6 yrs)
- Equipment maintenance for machine uptime
- Analyze the root cause of production breakdowns and plan the corrective actions for long term
- Work towards the reduction of breakdowns by making use of measures like MTTR (Mean time To Repair), MBF (Maintenance Before Failure) etc on weekly basis
- Contribute to TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) and Kaizan to ensure maximum up-time
Power :
- Generate ideas and implement control measures for power consumption for each equipment on daily basis
WPS (Whirlpool Production System)
- Maintain and manage critical spares
- Maintain an online checklist for WPS adherence
People Management :
- Do skill mapping and supervise daily work allocation among the operators
- Keep awareness among operators regarding machine safety issues and manage concerns if any
- Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Issues
- Inform the concerned authority and the reporting manager about any issues and concerns detected.
- Accountable for any complaints registered with self regarding the same, if any.
Technical :
- In-depth knowledge of machines, equipments and machine assembly parts
- Knowledge of reliability tools (MTBR - Mean Time Between Repair etc.) and equipment life cycle
- Crisis management
- Decision making
