Wilo Group - FEA Engineer (2-8 yrs)
- ME in Mechanical Engineering with 2-8 years of experience preferably in pumps industry
Competencies :
- 2+ Years of experience in Finite Element Analysis preferably of pump and components
- In-depth knowledge and long-standing practice in the following software tools :
- Preprocessing with hyper mesh
- FEA analysis with Abaqus
- Documentation with MS OFFICE
- Sound knowledge of Solid Mechanics
- Software knowledge required - Abaqus hyper mesh, MS OFFICE
- Linear/Nonlinear Structural analysis of Pump Parts and Pump
- Dynamic analysis (Modal, Transient etc.)
- Thermal Analysis, Thermal structural analysis
- Working on Structural Mechanics
- Working on pump Design Process
- Meshing of standard Components (Hex and Tetra)
- Set up, interpretation and post processing of FEA calculations
- Checking of detailed Analysis Report
- Suggestions for the further design improvement
- MTech (Mechanical) is mandatory.
