WOODKRAFT - MEP Engineer (3-9 yrs)
- Design and review HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial fitout projects
- Analyze design drawings and specifications to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on-site.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
- Conduct value engineering and recommend energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Perform site inspections and review contractor submissions and RFIs.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support during construction.
- Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
