Work Store - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Procurement (2-5 yrs)
Key Job Requirement but not limited to :
- Adherence to 100% P2P Process
- Generating Purchase Orders
- Vendor Development & Management
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with different cross function department end-to-end.
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels at Warehouse to ensure Stock supply within the TAT.
- To float enquiries, Collect Quotations.
- Interaction with end users for better understanding of their requirements.
- Preparing MIS reports (Purchase, Stock).
- Supporting Sales closure of all the opportunities.
- Maintaining Demo Tracker and Daily activity of Service Engineers.
- Coordinating for Installation at Customer location.
- Maintaining Tracker of Preventive maintenance activity done by Service Engineers.
- Ensuring the accuracy of Customs clearance papers
- Ensuring on-time delivery schedule
- Following Customs clearance process strictly
- Ensuring the accuracy of HS code applied to every import/export shipment
- Keeping updated with HS code change, import-export procedure
- Ensuring on-time submission of customs clearance paper to authority
- Following up import tax payment to avoid overdue and penalty
- Coordinating with CHA/forwarder to arrange smooth clearance of the material.
- Arrange for transportation, warehousing or product distribution of imported or exported goods.
- Provide regular and accurate reports to the Account Managers on all cleared cargo and status of outstanding goods for clearance.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with appropriate experience will also be considered
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years experience
- Must have very strong verbal/written communication
