World Water Works - Design Engineer (6-7 yrs)
Software knowledge :
- Maximum Experience 6-7 Years- Experience in Solidworks.
- Professional Experience in Draftsight/AutoCAD
- Working experience of Solidworks Piping/Routing and weldment
- In-depth Knowledge of P&ID, PFD, HFD, Layout and GA
- Well versed with GD&T
Other Job Responsibilities :
- Flexible to work in night/US time shift.
- Substantial experience of designing products in 3D environment (SolidWorks)
- Creation and maintenance of Standard parts library according to the defined design rules.
- Conversion of data from 2D to 3D.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing/Welding process
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, Layout Drawings as per Standard.
- Update PDM database for Engineering data
- In-depth knowledge of machine design is essential.
- Material Knowledge
- Design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of weldments, drawings, and models.
- Should be a Good Team Player
- Analytical skills with a result driven and customer focus work approach.
- Exceptionally good skills of using MS Office (Word & Excel) and other Design software.
- Flexibility in time
- Application and target oriented thinking.
- Ability to work in team with other cultures (India/ US)
- Ability to communicate in team, communication talent.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Strong dedication to work.
- Ownership and take-charge attitude
