Yantra Design - Sales Engineer (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers in fabrication, PEB, heavy engineering, and allied industries

- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate CNC drilling machine solutions

Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and technical product demonstrations

- Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and quotations

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company policies and margins

- Maintain CRM systems, update sales reports, and document customer interactions regularly

- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and product seminars

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitors, and product performance

Skills s Competencies:

- Proven experience in sales of capital equipment or CNC machinery is highly desirable

- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and industrial manufacturing applications

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a result-oriented mindset

- Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools

Preferred Qualities:

- Passion for engineering and technology

- Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals and deadlines

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related technical field.

- Proven experience in capital equipment / CNC machine sales is highly preferred.

- Strong technical understanding of CNC machines and industrial applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
