JOB FUNCTIONALITIES:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Development & Strategy
- Monitored & Led the performance metrics with focus on achieving client SLAs and cost optimization.
- Should have led a team of 30+ including ground staff.
- Receiving of goods, sorting & grading, packaging as per the orders, dispatching, supplier rejections and inventory management.
- Transporter/Logistics Management- Order assigning, route planning, payments, cash collection of COD orders, etc.
- Labor & Vendor Management. Assignment to various processes, grievances, timings, payments etc.
Salary Offered: 6-8 LPA
