Zonal Engineer - Retail Outlet Construction (15-20 yrs)

Looking for profile strictly with recent experience from Reviewing Engineering drawings, planning, monitoring construction of RO

1. JOB PURPOSE : Planning, Constructing, Monitoring and Developing retail outlet network in Zone as per business plan 

2. ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES :

ACCOUNTABILITY :

ACTIVITIES :

1) Review Engineering Drawings and NC prepared at Divisional level/consultant.

- Ensure best model fitment on surveyed plan, as per standards as per rules of PESO, local, NH etc, review and correcting non-standard old drawings. Checking and approving NC as per company standards.

2) Construction of facilities at the Retail Outlet as per the drawing and Nayara Energy Quality standards

- Over all control and Monitor the progress of the RO and report to BD team /HO engineering. Ensure that the quality of material being used at the Construction site is as per EOL standards.

- Ensure that the facilities at the Retail Outlet are constructed as per the Engineering Manual/drawings and guide lines issued time to time to achieve Zero deviations

- vetting the canopy design, inline with the standard drawings and ensuring canopies are fabricated and installed as per the approved design. Keeping record of the stability and design certificates

- Monthly forecast of material, keeping the record of approved vendor supplied material and informing procurement team HO.

- Commissioning numbers.

- OTP numbers.

- Ensure commissioning within 90 days of NOC.

3) Branding - Ensure branding to be done as per the company's standards. No deviation allowed.

4) Quality - Ensure, method, application, execution, material procurement, installations, etc. are all done with the company's standard requirement, as per manuals and guideline from the HO. No deviation allowed.

- Quality audits .Checking paver reports, glazing, tank pipe line material, testing, pressure testing

5) Cost saving and value engineering - Identify and implementing the ideas on cost saving, getting them approved at HO level and implementing at sites. Review the drawings and design, site specific and propose the alternate solutions by doing the vale engineering. Get such ideas implemented after due approvals.

6) Term sheet processing - Ensuring timely action on measurements at site and collecting all bills with in 7days of OTP and processing the TSs with 15 days of OTP.

7)  Additional Dus/ canopy/ tanks/ driveway/ approaches

- Reviewing the proposals, advising costing, making required application for approvals, completing the works timely and getting amendments.

8) Vendor management, coordination, development

- Identifying the short fall of vendors, and getting the additional vendors on board through HO

- Coordination with the vendors to resolve the issues, timely

9) Renewal of CCOE licences - Reviewing the CCOE licenses, identifying the cyclic need of renewal, coordinating with HO and ensuring timely application.

10) Training support staff - Training DEs, and FEs on Engineering activities, procedures, standards and quality & safety

11) Self-development - Improving self-skills in the related field and acquiring higher knowledge.

- Getting the ROs constructed with all the facilities as per business plan 


- Getting the ROs standardised as per SOP

2. The Engineering estimate of the RO. 


3. Sourcing of the equipment at the RO

A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications: BE (Mechanical / Civil/Electrical/Electronic) B. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: 15 to 18 Years
