Zonal Manager - Operations - Real Estate - South/West (10-25 yrs)

- Zonal Manager is in charge of Operations for all existing and upcoming Centres in South / West. will be the point of contact between Senior Managers / Manager, Centre Managers and C.O.O.

- ZM will work closely with the team and will focus on strategy as well as be responsible for tactical implementation. Accountable for ensuring execution of SOPs through intensive continuous training and exceeding budgeted revenues and profitability of company centres.

Must-Have :

- 10+ years of experience in Multi-unit management with minimum 5 years of experience in managing 15 or more outlets, a minimum team size of 300 or more (Multi-city management skills will be preferred)

- Self-starter, with proven ability to produce results within budget and time deadlines

- Proven track record of leadership, planning and management responsibilities

- Significant experience of staff management in a senior role

- Unrelenting perseverance, personal integrity, and critical thinking skills

- Good general business knowledge and practical understanding of marketing, management and finance/accounting

- Analytical skills to understand the business requirement and the suggest productive changes when required

- Participate in long-term organizational strategy creation and planning, quarterly and annual.

- Assist with ensuring correct resources are in place for the organisation to grow

- Ensure creation of all professional development plans - develop staff-wide schedule with Training Head according to gaps e.g. training & mentorship opportunities

- Ensure implementation of performance reviews.

- Lead other elements of growing a cohesive team: recruitment, onboarding etc.

- Supervise and manage staff, ensuring their effective completion of projects, and helping them achieve their best professional selves.

- Be a leader among leaders in maintaining the organisational culture, professionalism, and highest quality management standards.

- Drive softer, cultural HR - ensure core values are embedded and the mission and vision are clear and being lived.

- Ensure adherence with all relevant local laws and regulations.

- Spearhead Community Engagement Activities and coordinate Events with the Events & Community team

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & REVENUE GENERATION :

- Assist with financial oversight of the organisation as a whole

- Assist C.O.O. in creation of budgets and conducting actual vs. budget analysis

- Involve and Train the Team in Budgeting and P & L exercise and Analysis

- Develop and maintain relevant high-level partnerships and collaborations to build a pipeline of partners for Alliances leading to an exceptional level of Community Engagement and generat
